Highschool sweethearts Kadi and Corwin flew from South Dakota to Colorado for a quick mountain getaway in Estes Park. They came over a weekend in September to catch the fall colors. They wanted to spend some time hiking throughout Rock Mountain National Park. Kadi reached out to me because they had never had couple’s photos done before and what better time then fall! Kadi decided that Rocky Mountain National Park would be the perfect place for them to document this fun trip together. Unbeknownst to Kadi, Cowin reached out to me to ask if he could propose during our session together. Of course I said YES!! After getting to know Kadi in our initial consultation I knew that they were meant to be. I was sooooo excited when he said he wanted to propose.
On September 13th we decided to meet up at sunset. We started the session off by getting them moving to get comfortable in front of the camera. About halfway through their session they switched outfits and moved locations slightly – that’s when Corwin popped the question! And well I imagine you can guess – Kadi said YES!!! We spent the rest of our time together showing off her new ring and having them cozy up to celebrate. I couldn’t have imagined a better proposal, we had the best lighting and just had so much fun together. Way to go Corwin!
If you want to have a session similar to Kadi + Corwin don’t hesitate to reach out here. I would be so honored to help you plan an epic photoshoot in Rocky Mountain National Park or anywhere in Colorado – or the world!
